Business Flats
According to your personal wishes, furnished business flats are rented for a short or long period. 60m² apartments have a living/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Bigger apartments (up to 100m²) offer extra room(s) and a bigger kitchen.The business flats are equipped with the necessary furniture, cooking gear, internet, telephone with a direct incoming number and a television. Bed linen and towels are also provided. It is possible to have your residence in the apartments.

For stays of less than 3 months, VAT rate of 12% applies. For stays of more than 3 months, no VAT is due.
